All products are shipped packed securely. All packages are shipped with insurance so if your package is lost or damaged, you are covered.
Most orders are shipped in 2 days but depending on size of order we may need to order bobbins in which case it could take 15 days. We only keep a few hundred bobbins on hand at any time so several large orders at the same time can cause delays.

We do not sell, trade or otherwise use any of your information except to ship your products. We value your privacy as much as we value our own. It’s as simple as that. We won’t store any of your info on our server.
